Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the DayTriply mobile application ("App") operated by DayTriply ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole trader registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42043424.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DayTriply. In some jurisdictions, a higher minimum age applies for processing of personal data without parental or guardian consent (for example, 16 in much of the EU, with variations between Member States, and equivalent age thresholds under other applicable laws). Where a higher local age threshold applies to you, you must meet that age, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent, to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may use DayTriply as a guest (anonymous user) with limited features, or create an account by signing in with a supported third-party provider (Sign in with Apple or Google). Your account may include an email address, name, and profile details supplied by that provider where you choose to share them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All users receive a limited number of free plan generations. Anonymous users receive one free plan. Registered users receive additional free plan credits upon account creation. Free credits may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You may purchase a one-time pack of plan generation tickets. Tickets are non-refundable once consumed, but are not time-limited — they remain on your account until used.
An Explorer Pass subscription provides plan generations for the subscription period (monthly or annual). To protect service quality and prevent abuse, plan generations under the Explorer Pass are subject to fair-use limits. These limits are set well above typical personal usage and apply only to patterns that clearly exceed reasonable individual use (for example, automated, bulk, or commercial-scale generation). Where applicable, we may apply rate limiting, temporary restrictions, or — in cases of repeated abuse — suspend the subscription as described in Section 12. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate the applicable limits in the App. We do not market the Explorer Pass as “unlimited”.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS, or through your Google Play subscription settings on Android, as applicable for your device.
Auto-renewal disclosures (where required by local law). The current price and billing period are shown in the App at the point of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can review and cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Where applicable law requires additional disclosures or specific cancellation mechanisms (for example, the California Automatic Renewal Law, the German § 312k BGB “cancel button” requirement, or the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024), those rights apply to you in addition to the above and prevail to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
Payments are processed by the platform store on your device: Apple (App Store) on iOS and Google (Google Play) on Android. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at checkout where the store provides it. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the store you purchased from. We do not issue refunds independently — please contact Apple Support or Google Play Help as applicable.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchases via Profile → Restore Purchases.
You agree not to:
AI transparency notice. Day plans produced by DayTriply are generated by an artificial intelligence system on the basis of inputs you provide. We disclose this clearly here and within the App in line with applicable AI transparency obligations (including, where applicable, Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “EU AI Act”)).
You acknowledge that:
Sharing generated plans. You may share plans you generate via DayTriply by creating a public share link. Shared plans are accessible to anyone with the link until you remove the link or delete your account.
Search-engine indexing of shared plans. Depending on their content and date, some shared plans may also be indexed by search engines as described in our Privacy Policy. Plans that include places or notes you added yourself, and plans dated today or in the future, are not indexed and remain accessible only to people you give the link to.
Your responsibility for shared content. You are responsible for the content of any plan you choose to share, including custom places, notes, or modifications you add. By sharing a plan, you confirm that you have the right to share the content; the shared content does not violate these Terms (Section 4); and the shared content does not infringe any third-party rights, defame any person, or expose private information without consent.
Moderation. We reserve the right to moderate, restrict access to, or remove any shared plan or share link at our discretion if it violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards. We may also disable share links upon request from rights holders or relevant authorities.
Reporting. If you encounter a shared plan you believe to be inappropriate or in violation of these Terms, please use the report link provided on the shared plan page or contact us at Hello.daytriply@gmail.com. We review reports in good faith.
Licence to operate the share function. By generating a public share link, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and serve the shared plan to viewers of the link, solely for the purpose of operating the share feature. This licence ends when you delete the share link or your account.
The App, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by DayTriply and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Plans generated for you are yours to use personally. You retain no rights in the underlying AI models or generation technology.
By using the App, you acknowledge that we collect anonymised usage data and, where applicable, anonymised session recordings using Amplitude (including Session Replay) to improve the product experience. We also collect technical data about crashes, errors, and app performance using Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) as described in our Privacy Policy. No advertising identifiers (IDFA) are collected.
The App integrates third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Amplitude (analytics and Session Replay), Sentry (crash and error reporting), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple Maps (default map experience on iOS where applicable), Google Maps / Google Places (map display on Android and related place services), Pexels (stock imagery used when resolving some place photos on our servers), and AI providers (plan inference). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Affiliate links and cookies (website). The DayTriply website, including shared-plan pages, may contain affiliate links to travel partners via Travelpayouts (the affiliate programme behind Aviasales). If you book through such a link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you; this does not change the venues a plan suggests. The website uses a cookie consent banner to manage any non-essential cookies — including the Travelpayouts affiliate cookie, which loads only on plan pages and only after you opt in. Details and your choices are described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Liabilities we never exclude. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) gross negligence or wilful misconduct; or (d) any other liability that cannot, under applicable mandatory law, be excluded or limited — including, where applicable to you, mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law’s non-excludable consumer guarantees, and analogous statutory protections in other jurisdictions).
Subject to the paragraph above, and TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAYTRIPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Subject to the first paragraph of this Section, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred euros (€100).
You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account via Profile → Privacy → Delete account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Purchased one-time tickets and subscription entitlements are governed by the refund policies of Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on where you made the purchase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any disputes shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Consumers’ mandatory rights preserved. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection laws apply to you, nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of those mandatory laws, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Online dispute resolution (EU consumers). Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will consider such requests in good faith.
